With about one and half years of total shutdown, “The Lion King’” looks set to once again take over Broadway, and once more, everyone is invited.
To commemorate at the Minskoff Theatre the reopening night of the award-winning show, there will be live streaming of “Circle of Life” on the TikTok account of Broadway on September 14. You can buy Lion King New York tickets here.
However, before the iconic song is performed, a member of the cast, Adrienne Walker, who played the role of Nala, shall be hosting a pre-event show that will also include rare scenes of the people who join hands to create the show daily.
This event supports the Actors Fund, a company that has been over to pay nearly $23 million in direct financial aid to about 17,000 people ever since Broadway got shut down by the Coronavirus in March of 2020.
