The word “the most” is frequently applied to the musical not only because of its long run and dazzling success. Their field of activities is really vast.

The cast of “Wicked” participates in different projects and one of them is planting by the Woodland Trust. The event took place at the Heartwood Forest in Hertfordshire. And practically all members of the cast attended it and helped plant trees.

The endeavor resulted in pretty good sum of money as nearly 6000 of trees have been planted this year. Despite a bad weather, the actors: Suzie Mathers (Glinda), Idriss Kargbo (Boq), Oliver Savile (Fiyero), Martin Ball (Doctor Dillamond) did their bit having planted young trees on donated money of their fans.

The Woodland Trust and “Wicked” has been friends for 6 years. Wicked: For Good is a philanthropic programme that significantly helps to raise money for making the country greener and healthier. During their partnership nearly £60, 000 have been donated. Lots of rare species are said to be breed there in order to multiply their quantity further.

The Chief Executive of the Woodland Trust expressed his gratitude for the done work. The brilliant donations from fans and the team of the musical have achieved a great result since 40, 000 trees are growing to become home for birds and lungs for people.
